Refund policy

At Rush Wave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Personal care products that have been opened or used
• Final sale or clearance items

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact our support team for assistance.
